With 18 years of hands-on experience in wine buying, sales, and operations, Bianca’s expertise promises to enhance the competition's unique approach to evaluating wines.
Bianca began her wine journey in 2006 at Yapp Brothers Ltd, an award-winning independent wine merchant specializing in distinctive wines from regional France, particularly the Rhône, Loire, and Provence. Over nearly two decades, she has contributed to various facets of the business, from accounts and imports to fine wine sales and trade partnerships. Her exceptional understanding of the industry earned her a seat on the board of directors as Operations Director in 2022.
As a WSET-certified professional and a key member of the buying team, Bianca has cultivated relationships with suppliers that span over 50 years. Her comprehensive approach and passion for quality make her a highly valued contributor to the UK wine scene.
Yapp Brothers Ltd, founded in 1969, is celebrated as the UK’s leading importer of French regional wines, representing iconic domaines such as Jean-Louis Chave and Georges Vernay. The company has been recognized among the Top Ten Online Wine Merchants in the UK by The Independent and supplies wines to over 70 Michelin-starred establishments, further cementing its reputation as a trusted name in the wine industry.
