Her exceptional understanding of the industry earned her a seat on the board of directors as Operations Director in 2022.

As a WSET-certified professional and a key member of the buying team, Bianca has cultivated relationships with suppliers that span over 50 years. Her comprehensive approach and passion for quality make her a highly valued contributor to the UK wine scene.
