Bianca Ford is a the operations director for Yapp Brothers Ltd. An award-winning independent Wine Merchant specialising in distinctive wines from regional France especially the Rhône, Loire and Provence. She started her wine journey in 2006 and still with Yapp Brothers to this day and never looked back. In her 18 years at Yapp Brothers, she has gained experience and worked in various departments including Admin, Accounts, Imports, Trade and Retail Sales, En Primeur and Fine wine sales.

Gaining various WSET qualifications and being part of the buying team, she has relationships with their suppliersthat go back over 50 years. Her overall experience and understanding of the business brought her into Operations in 2020 and her joining the board of Directors in 2022 as Operation Director.
