Torralba is a vineyard landscape located in Ciutadella de Menorca, born from the desire to promote excellence in the wines of Menorca, within a sustainable environment that respects the island’s natural surroundings.

On a 200-hectare estate, we have planted 23 hectares of dry-farmed bush vines (gobelet-trained), cultivating the varieties Garnacha, Monastrell, Malvasia and Cabernet. We practice thoughtful, hands-on viticulture, where animals (sheep), cover crops and insects (our own bees) coexist in natural balance. Our ambition is to craft the finest wine that the land can give us.

The name of our wine brand, Alba, comes from our working process — awakening a land that had long been dormant, just as the first light of dawn awakens the day. By feeling, living and listening to the land and the island, we carry the island within us because we give it what it asks of us, and in return we awaken the spirit of Menorca in our wines.

So that each time you open a bottle of Alba, the island awakens within you as well.
