2019 Geometria Malagouzia by Lafazanis Winery Sa is a dry white wine with 12% ABV. This wine is a 100% Malagouzia produced in semi-mountainous vineyards of Corinthia, at an altitude of 400-500m. 2019 Geometria Malagouzia has a pale straw colour with green hues. It has rich fruit and floral aroma typical of the variety, balanced taste and a lingering finish.

2019 Geometria Moschofilero by Lafazanis Winery Sa is a dry white wine with 11.5% ABV. This wine is 100% Moschofilero produced in vineyards of the Mantinia region at an altitude of 450m. 2019 Geometria Moschofilero is a bright pale yellow colour. It has aromas of roses and citrus fruit. Fresh in the mouth with good acidity and balanced flavour.

2015 Avantis Agios Chronos by Avantis Estate Winery is a red dry wine produced in Aphrati & Mytikas – Evia region. It consists of two blends - Syrah 92%, Viognier 8%. With 14% ABV, 2015 Avantis Agios Chronos is pure red in colour with purple hues. On the nose, there are elements of spices, such as cinnamon and carnation, but also ink, fresh red fruits and hints of alcohol. Fine tannins, warm mouth with alcohol, strong acidity and fruity, strongly peppery aftertaste. 2015 Avantis Agios Chronos has an ageing potential of 10 years.

2017 Strofilia Estate Crossroads by Strofilia Estate Winery P.C. is deep red in colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of eucalyptus, and dark chocolate. Rich and complex mouthfeel, with good balance, soft tannins, and long aftertaste. After careful sorting of the grapes, they have combined 2 varieties, which includes short pre-fermentation cold extraction, then alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 25o C, with a total extraction time of about 2 weeks, and finally maturation of the wine for 8 months in barrels of French oak, with a capacity of 225 litres.

2019 Avarino White by Nestor Sa is a white dry wine with the following blends - Trebbiano 70%, Moschofilero 20%, Roditis 10%. It is produced in Messinia - Arcadia at an altitude of 300 - 450m. With 11.5% ABV, 2019 Avarino White is a light white-yellow colour with green highlights. Fine citrus aroma, with a balanced taste and aftertaste that lasts.

2013 Monemvasios by G. Tsimbidis & Company Monemvasia Winery is a blend of Agiorgitiko & Mavroudi. The winemaking technique used here involves a classic red, aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This wine is deep red in colour and has sour cherry, cherry, mocha, velvety with full body and long aftertaste. With 13% ABV, 2013 Monemvasios is served at 16-18οC. This wine goes well with red meats, game, and cheeses with red sauce dishes.

2012 Monemvasios - Malvisa by G. Tsimbidis & Company Monemvasia Winery is a blend of Kydonitsa, Assyrtiko, Monemvasia, and Asproudes. The grapes are dried in the sun for 10-12 days. Controlled fermentation stops naturally causing a residual sugar and alcohol content of 13% vol. Ageing for 24 months in old oak barrels.
2012 Monemvasios - Malvisa has orange and gold shades, which over time end up in red and orange shades of amber. It comes with an intense aroma, complex taste, and notes of exotic spices. Rich round and velvety body. The sweet taste of honey, raisins, and dried fruits, which balance with charm the acidity of this excellent wine of the four varieties. The aftertaste is very pleasant and long-lasting like the fascinating history of Monemvasia. This wine contains an ABV of 13.5%.
FOOD PAIRING: Sweets with cocoa and chocolate, spicy distinctive cheeses, dried fruits, sweets with syrup, cream caramel, nuts, and sweets with honey (like our traditional "samousades" and "diples"). It is also combined with cigars.
