David Vareille is a Head Sommelier and Wine Buyer at The Arts Club in the City of London, UK. In January 2017, David Joined the Arts Club London as a head sommelier, leading one of the biggest teams in the country. He was raised in Chablis, France and began his career at the age of 16 when he worked in the Michelin-starred La Salamander. He also worked with some of the best chefs in Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Spain, before moving to the UK in 2004 as head sommelier of L’Enclume in the Lake District.
