Located in the heart of the Gavi DOCG appellation, La Cedraia Winery is a historic estate dedicated to the production of high-quality wines with a strong territorial identity. The villa, known as La Dimora del Gavi, is surrounded by estate vineyards planted exclusively with Cortese, managed through careful viticultural practices aimed at preserving varietal integrity and enhancing minerality and freshness.
Our approach to sustainability combines low-impact vineyard management, reduced chemical inputs, soil biodiversity preservation and efficient water use, with the goal of maintaining a healthy ecosystem and expressing the true character of our terroir. In the cellar, controlled vinification and selection of the finest parcels allow us to produce wines that reflect the precision, acidity and aromatic purity typical of Gavi, offering a contemporary interpretation rooted in tradition, science and environmental responsibility.
