AMProject is Andrea Moser's new winemaking project: we are trying to change the more classic idea of winemaking, which wants to make similar wines in different vintages to be identifiable by the market and comforting to the consumer.

WE, ON THE OTHER HAND, want to make good wines, from different areas of Italy, without submitting to dogmas, changing when needed the approach to give a timely picture of the vineyard and the vintage.

The new wines-produced solo-are temporary wines, just like chefs' temporary restaurants. They often change the region, the grape variety, and even the winemaking.

We produce wines of the heart: every year they change and tell about different places, territories, people, grape varieties and ideas.

Experimentation is the real plus of this project: each wine is unique, and is produced with the utmost care and great freedom of thought, without any marketing criteria to guide it. It is haute couture applied to wine: it is the excellence that will serve in the future-if it works the way we want it to-to create prêt à porter wines.
