In San Clemente, Cuenca, we have been making wines with artisanal procedures since 1925. We enjoy the most appropriate conditions for vine cultivation: weather conditions, microclimate, low production, the composition of clay soils with pebbles, and subsoil with great capacity to retain nutrients and moisture. All of this gives the wines a structure, acidity and accentuated tannicity.
