Wine Sell Sheets

Here is a simple example of how your wine sell-sheet should be and what details it should have.

Your wine, beer or spirits brand sheet sheets should include technical info, tasting notes and packaging configurations like how many cases in a pallet and how many bottles in a case and case weight. All this info helps when your distributor is making a purchase order to make it an effective purchase order.

A small thing like if they knew your pallet was 60 cases instead of 54, it helps everyone in the chain. More importantly, your distributor just saved on shipping extra 4 cases and you just sold extra 4 cases.

Then your case weight helps them to get an accurate quote for that pallet order.

Communication is key here. Here is a simple example of a sell-sheet. Feel free to use this as this was one of my own wine brands.
