Lermonos Winery was founded upon the viticultural expertise of Prof. Dr. Hürriyet Yılmaz, who began his journey in the early 2000s. Today, his experience is poured into every glass, with 300 acres of vineyards and a modern production facility capable of 200 tonnes per year.

Inspired by the ancient Anatolian cult of the Sun God Apollon Lairbenos, Lermonos shines a light on Çal-Denizli, honoring generations of local growers who have nurtured vines and shared their wines with the world. In 2021, Lermonos revived the region’s oldest winery, just ten minutes from its vineyards, preserving a legacy while shaping the future of Turkish wine.

Visitors are welcomed to explore the estate and taste distinctive terroir-driven wines in a rustic stone building, complemented by local cheeses and custom-made dishes—a true reflection of Çal’s heritage and hospitality.
