Over the past decade we have identified smaller, often overlooked regions such as windswept Coteaux de Béziers, the rustic Vallée du Paradis, and higher altitude sites in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, above the town of Limoux. We work closely with a team of dedicated growers and winemakers to uncover and share the finest expressions of each place, continually exploring new opportunities.
