April and Brian Zawada, originally from Ohio, fell in love with Oregon wines over many years of work trips to the area. The natural beauty of this state was where they wanted to spend the second half of their lives and follow their passions and dreams of owning a vineyard and winery that produced ultra-premium wines characteristic of the Oregon terroir. April and Brian bought the 88-acre property in late September 2019 with a small Pinot Noir vineyard already planted. They've since plated 25+ acres of various varietals and have expanded their production to roughly 5000 cases per year.
