A Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, Emma has built a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful wine curation, food pairing, and world-class hospitality.

Originally from New Zealand, Emma began her wine career before relocating to London, where she has held senior sommelier positions at acclaimed restaurants including La Petite Maison, The Clove Club, Restaurant St. Barts, and Claridge's. Her experience spans Michelin-starred dining, luxury hospitality, and premium wine service, giving her a deep understanding of both the commercial and experiential aspects of the wine industry.

As a judge at the London Wine Competition, Emma brings extensive expertise in evaluating wines through the lens of today's hospitality trade. Her experience selecting and presenting wines for discerning international guests enables her to assess entries not only for quality, but also for their appeal, value, food compatibility, and success within premium on-trade environments.
