Zoe Burgess is the founder of Atelier Pip, a London-based drinks consultancy specialising in flavour-led menu development, product creation and brand expression. She has over 15 years’ experience working across leading bars, restaurants and hotels in the UK and Europe.

Her background includes Michelin-starred environments and formative experience as part of the development team at The Fat Duck.

Zoe has been recognised by Condé Nast Traveller as one of five tastemakers changing the London cocktail scene and is the author of The Cocktail Cabinet (Octopus Books, 2022), an industry-recognised title exploring the structure, craft and culture of modern drinks.
