With a wine education from the Italian Association of Sommeliers, Lorenzo is a Ligurian who believes in quality hospitality.

In London since 2018, he continuously committed to improving his knowledge of the industry, achieving a bachelor in Business and Hospitality Management with honors, while working in premium restaurants of Mayfair and Marylebone, to ultimately move to the financial heart of the capital, the City.

Here he works for the Manicomio group, managing the cellar of one of their restaurants, Canto Corvino.
