Ben is a Senior Wine Specialist at fine wine merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd where he provides expertise on fine wine and the secondary wine market. He started his career in wine retail whilst studying Oenology. He then made wine in his native country of Australia, as well as working harvests in Austria and France.

When relocating to the UK, Ben moved into hospitality as a sommelier in a Michelin starred restaurant. Then he gained education experience as a lead examiner at WSET.

Ben holds several industry qualifications including the WSET Diploma, a Bachelor of Wine Science, he is a CMS Certified Sommelier and is currently a stage 3 Master of Wine student.
