Originally from Lyon, Yves moved to London at a young age and began his wine career at the Stafford Hotel in 1988. With extensive experience as a Head Sommelier, he is well-versed in catering, culinary, and hospitality management. Since achieving his Master Sommelier qualification in 1992, Yves has continued to deepen his knowledge of the London wine scene. As a judge for the London Wine Competition, his insights are invaluable for evaluating and enhancing wines.
