With over 10 years of experience, he has worked at renowned places like The Petersham, Oblix and Le Pont de La Tour (D&D Group).  Currently at the healm of the wine programs for the Thesleff Group. Thesleff Group. Thesleff Group is a fast-growing collection of London's most outstanding restaurants and bars.

As a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers, Michele is passionate about mentoring his team and creating exceptional wine programs that enhance the dining experience.
