Marcello Colletti DipWSET is an accomplished sommelier and wine professional with extensive experience across luxury hospitality and premium wine service in the United Kingdom. With a strong background in fine dining and guest-led wine experiences, Marcello has developed expertise in wine selection, food pairing, cellar management, and commercial wine performance within high-end hospitality environments.
Holding the prestigious Diploma in Wines (DipWSET), Marcello combines technical wine knowledge with a practical understanding of consumer preferences and premium hospitality expectations. Throughout his career, he has held senior sommelier roles, including leadership positions at internationally recognised luxury hospitality venues such as Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, where he has worked closely with curated wine programs and elevated guest experiences.
As a judge at the London Wine Competition, Marcello brings a hospitality-driven and commercially relevant perspective to wine evaluation.
