From an early age, my family affectionately referred to me as “the perfect host,” which set the tone for a lifelong passion for hospitality. Over the past 20 years, I have been privileged to ascend through a series of prestigious roles that have allowed me to refine my expertise in luxury service, food and beverage operations, and curating unforgettable guest experiences.
Before founding Pesqueira Global Luxury Hospitality Consulting & Management, my career spanned roles from Head Chef, to Maître d'Hôtel, Bar Manager, Head Sommelier, Food and Beverage Director, and Group Head of Wine, shaping my deep understanding of the nuances that make a dining experience truly exceptional. I have had the honour of working with world-class establishments such as Crystal Cruises, Red Carnation Hotel Group, the Oxford and Cambridge Club, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Edwardian Hotels, 67 Pall Mall Club, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
Having travelled to over 3,500 cities worldwide, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in diverse culinary traditions and fine wines. To me, wine and food are far more than just nourishment—they are a conduit to culture, emotion, and memory. Each sip of wine or bite of a perfectly crafted dish tells a story, steeped in history, science, tradition, and nature. It is these connections that inspire me to create luxury experiences that leave a lasting impression.
As the Founder and Owner of Pesqueira Global Luxury Hospitality Consulting & Management, my mission is to help luxury hotels, resorts, private yachts, and exclusive properties deliver world-class service and craft bespoke experiences that captivate their guests. I specialize in designing tailored services, including private wine tastings, exclusive underwater wine aging, gourmet wine-pairing dinners, strategic wine and spirits sales development and much more... I also focus on elite staff training, ensuring that every touchpoint in the service journey reflects the pinnacle of sophistication and personalized care.
At the heart of what I do is a passion for elevating hospitality to an art form—one that seamlessly blends impeccable service with the sensory pleasures of food and wine. Every detail matters, from the ambiance to the wine selection, and my role is to ensure that each experience feels thoughtfully curated and effortlessly luxurious.
