Elizabeth started her career in hospitality at a young age working at the prestigious member's club, Skibo Castle in Scotland. Since then, she has worked for some of the best hotels in the world and fell in love with the wine industry. Currently working as the Sommelier for Gleneagles Townhouse, Edinburgh. Elizabeth has a first-class Master of Science in Viticulture and Oenology from Plumpton College and has work published in the Journal of Sensory Science. Most recently Elizabeth listed in Harper's Wine and Spirits 30 under 30.
