Julio Sierra

Head Sommelier at D&D London

Julio has been associated with the wine industry since 2009 and went on to become a sommelier. He completed the WSET Level 3 award in wines in 2014 and became a Sommelier in 2016 from the Court of Master Sommeliers. With an experience of over 13 years, he has actively worked in the wine and spirits industry. Julio has worked with many renowned restaurants as a Sommelier including Restaurante Akelarre in San Sebastian, Launceston Place Restaurant in London and as an Assistant Head Sommelier at Orrery Restaurant, a venture of D&D London. At present, Julio works as the Head Sommelier at the D&D London, a collection of 45 diverse restaurants, bars and a hotel.
