My experience across the globe includes event catering, bars and restaurants, hotels, music venues, pop-ups, and private functions throughout Italy, Bermuda, London, and Cruise Ships. My career to date demonstrates a strong management competence. This strength allows me to manage varying departments with a diverse range of staff and within a broad range of industries.
