My wine journey started back in 2011 – assisting a small Bulgarian wine importer. A few years later I accepted a new job role as a Key Account assistant at Bibendum Bulgaria. I grew up in a famous Bulgarian wine producing area and developed my wine knowledge when I joined the WSET, where I passed Levels 1,2,3.
My first steps as a Trainee Sommelier were at the Oriental club (private member's club) and just one year after that I was promoted to Club Sommelier. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a big and very good sommeliers team at the Biltmore Mayfair London.
