Svetoslav Manolev MS has over a decade of wine experience from some of the finest establishments in London. He previously held the position of assistant head sommelier at 67 Pall Mall, and has also held positions at COYA Mayfair and Roka Restaurants.

In 2019, Manolev became the first Bulgarian Master Sommelier. He is also a WSET Diploma holder, and is working towards WSET educator certification. He is currently Regional Sales Manager at Berkmann Wine Cellars
