Originally from Wales, Will spent 10 years working in top-end restaurants, wine bars, and other venues around the world finding his love for wines whilst living in New Zealand. Since then he has moved to London and worked as a buyer for an independent company, completed the WSET Diploma, and is a certified specialist in Italian Wines. His personal passion is wines from lesser-known regions and tries to visit and learn about them as much as possible.
