I started my path as a sommelier in Italy, I studied one year and a half for my Italian diploma in Rome in 2015 (FIS in Waldorf Astoria Resort Rome Cavalieri), then I came in London where I started to work in Gilbert Scott restaurant for a short period and then in Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden, where I started as a sommelier and in less than one year I became Head Sommelier. Meanwhile, I did the WSET level 2 and level 3. Unfortunately, some health problems brought me to leave my wonderful job and come back to Italy to recover better.
