With over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality business, Stefano started his career as a Head Sommelier in 2004 at Sardo Canale Restaurant, London. He has worked as the Wine Director with some of the great establishments including The Hari, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts and many more. He now works as a Business Development Manager at Oeno Group and believes in working with a great focus on customer service and an insane passion for food and wine.
