Richard Perugi graduated with a degree in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey and started his career as a graduate buyer in the BWS team at Sainsbury’s. After that he worked for Thresher Group for several years before buying roles in hospitality, airline catering, wholesale and retail including Paramount Restaurants, Musgrave and Bidfood. Most recently in 2021, he joined Raventós Codorníu, the leading Spanish wine company and heads up sales in the off trade channel for their UK & Irish markets.
