Having been associated with the wine industry for over 6 years, Martin has been working as a sommelier since 2016 with renowned restaurants including Orrery and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Martin currently works as an Assistant Head Sommelier at HIDE London, a Michelin star restaurant and bar by Hedonism Wines and Ollie Dabbous. He works with around 7,000 bins and 3,500 spirits. As a sommelier at HIDE, Martin creates a top-level Sommelier service for his guests, manages a team of up to 3 Sommeliers and provides Sommelier development and training.
