A Certified Sommelier, Giuseppe D’aniello has been associated with the alcohol industry for more than ten years. The Head Sommelier and Wine Buyer at The London EDITION, Giuseppe runs the Wine program at the hotel and is in charge of a team of Six Sommeliers. In his experience of ten years, he has worked at some of the best places including Nobu, Locanda Locatelli (one-star Michelin), Edwardian Group and Roka (Azumi Group).
Giuseppe holds a significant amount of wine and spirits knowledge. He completed his UK Association Sommelier in 2015 and his WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines in 2019 and became an Advanced CMS in 2022. He also attained Level 3 in Sake in 2021. Besides all this, he spends his free time doing Martial Art and Travelling around the world. He has also become an official wine educator for WSET and currently teaching WSET level1 and Level 2.
