When growing up, Emanuel's family called him "the perfect host", so it was only natural that he ascended through a wide variety of roles in the hospitality industry in recognition of his performance and service delivery.
Before joining Gordon Ramsay Restaurant, he worked first as a chef. He then moved on to Restaurant Manager then Bar Manager, Head Sommelier and finally Food and Beverage Operations Manager over 20 years between Crystal Cruises, Red Carnations Hotel Group, Oxford and Cambridge Club, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Edwardian Hotel Group and 67 Pall Mall Club. In 2014, he was included in the Top 12 Best Sommeliers in the UK. During this time, he has seen more than 3,000 cities worldwide, enjoying fine food and wine experiences as he went.
Emanuel is all about wine can make you feel after the first sip. This liquid has taken him to science, history, tradition and even to nature. He believes that drinking wine is all about experience and memories.
