After over 15 years in the hospitality industry working as Bartender and Sommelier for prestigious hotels and restaurants in Italy and Germany, he came to London in 2003, has studied at the WSET and Court of Sommelier and is also a member and teacher at the UK Sommelier Association, being passionate about sensorial analysis he also gained qualification as olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, tea, mineral water, Sake, Armagnac, beer and honey tasterall this skills where used as staff training forLocanda Locatelli restaurant where he worked as Head Sommelier and wine Buyer until 2016. Since August 2016 he joined Mondial Wine Ltd as Development manager and Wine Buyer which is a specialized supplier of high quality wines and spirits from Italy with a particular attention for indigenous grape varieties.
