Giuseppe D’aniello is currently Deputy Head Sommelier at the London Edition. He helps the Wine Director to run the Wine program at the Hotel. He is in the industry for more than ten years before joining the Edition He worked for Nobu, Locanda Locatelli (one-star Michelin), Edwardian Group and Roka (Azumi Group). Also, He decided to move to Spain in 2016 where he was involved as Head Sommelier for the new opening of IT.
Giuseppe completed his UK Association Sommelier in 2015. He received his Diploma Level 4 of the WSET in 2019 and become Certified CMS. He is about to finish Level 3 in Sake. He is studying to become Educator WSET and He is on the waiting list for the Advanced CMS. His free time likes to do Martial Art and Travelling around the world.
