Passionated in wines and beverages from all over the world, I have been working in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years; luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants in Italy, UK, Switzerland and France where the guest care, the attention to details and delivering the highest level of service is essential. 
Awarded as Best Sommelier of Italy for Associazione della Sommellerie Professionale Italiana (ASPI) in 2015, I had the privilege and the honor to represent my country at the ASI Best Sommelier of the world 2019. Certified Sommelier at the Court of Master Sommelier, now I am focused in studying for the Advanced exam.
