Since 2005 in the hospitality business, Antonio started to study wine back in 2007 and moved to London in 2010 following his ambitions of studying beverages at 360 degrees. DipWSET student, Level 3 on Japanese Sake and Tea Champion for the UK Tea Academy are only a few of his achievements.
He has proved to work successfully in large operations as Head of wine department at Sushisamba and Duck and Waffle along opening new businesses as Wine Buyer at Franklin's Wine Shop & Bar and as Head Sommelier and Manager at MARU, a tasting menu fine japanese restaurant where he look after the wine, sake and tea lists along all the operational duties
