Italian, moved to London 5 years ago after being Restaurant Manager for Alajmo (one of the 50 best chefs in the world). I wanted to focus more on wine and pursue the CMS. I moved here for work at 67 Pall Mall, as I did for 4 years, started as Junior Sommelier to Assistant Head Sommelier of Terry Kandylis, and I managed to pass the Advanced exam CMS. At the moment I'm working as Head Sommelier at Chiltern Firehouse, working towards my MS exam, and studying for the WSET Diploma.
