Emily, born in Surrey, moved to London at 16 years old to start her hospitality career at The Ritz Hotel. After completing The Ritz Academy training programme she progressed to become the first female Sommelier at The Ritz Restaurant at the tender age of 20 years old. Her time here exposed her to some of the finest wines in the world.
Moving forward from this Emily is now a Partner and in charge of the Beverage Services in Hansom Lambert, a catering company that focuses on marrying the best English wines with British produce. With England now having over 500 vineyards it is an area with great room to explore. Soon to be featured on new BBC Two's Million Pound Menu a food investment programme.
