Giovanni and Nick are the founders of Amore G.N.A, and have their grandparents and great grandparents to thank for their rich Italian wine heritage.  

Their family originated from a small farming village in the South of Italy called Busso. They had a farm and lived off the land in this beautiful little village, which included a small vineyard where they made their own great wine.

Following World War II, like so many from the South, the grandparents, or 'Nonni', moved to the UK in search of work. They always had the intention of returning to their beloved wine producing homeland, but this was not meant to be. In the 1970’s .The family's traditions continued in the UK, and they imported grapes from Italy to make their own great wine, Il Vino Della Casa.

To this day, Giovanni and Nick can still remember helping to crush the grapes when they were kids. They even still have all the old equipment that was used!

We started our Italian Wine and Produce company 'Amore G.N.A' because we wanted UK wine drinkers to experience Italian-quality great wine, that they were not currently getting from the UK market.
By filling this gap, we have worked hard to facilitate the supply of delicious Italian wine, chosen especially from our deep knowledge rooted in our Italian heritage. 

Our vision is to change the UK wine industry for the better, and we believe we can do this by sourcing and supplying exceptional wines, having a team of excellent people around us, and by sharing our passion for only the very best Italian wines with the UK market.
