"I come from Bologna, with Venetian origins, two of the eno-gastronomic cradles of northern Italy. I have always had a passion for wine, having had the opportunity to work in it. After finishing the A.I.S courses in Italy, I decided to improve my knowledge of wine;
In 2018 I then moved to London, having the opportunity to study WSET Level 2 and WSET Level 3 courses, passing the last exam with Distinction! I am now studying for the Level 4 Diploma. I am also a member of the Confrerie du Sabredor at the Ritz Caveau.
I was part of the Ritz Hotel sommelier team in the one Michelin star restaurant. I have the incredible opportunity to taste all 1200 labels in our cellar and participate in private masterclasses with the best producers in the world. I am currently a Sales Account Manager at Berkmann Wine Cellars.
What fascinates me most about wine? To Visit the cellars and to meet the producers with their philosophy and history.”
