Having completed WSET Diploma in 2018, Mattia Scarpazza started his career in the wine industry in 2013 as a Sommelier at Petersham Nurseries Cafê where he manages, promotes, and curates the wine list. He has been associated with the brand for more than 9 years now and now works as the Head Sommelier and Experienced Buyer there. 

Having temporally completed his studies, he decided to double as a Wine Writer his true passion, communicating about wine. Mattia has been lucky enough to have his first pieces published and started to produce a Looking Into Wine Podcast while writing and working as Head Sommelier.
