Antonio has also proved to work successfully in large operations as Regional Sommelier for
Piccolino, overlooking the wine program of 5 restaurants of the company with then moving to
Sushisamba and
Duck and Waffle.
He has been in charge of opening new businesses at
Franklin's Wine Shop & Bar as the Wine Buyer at the omakase restaurant
MARU as the Head Sommelier & Manager. He now works as the Sommelier at the
Beaverbrook Townhouse in London. Some of Antonio's achievements include WSET Level 3 in Sake and Wine, Tea Champion at the UK Tea Academy, Semi-Finalist of the UK Best Sommelier 2019 and Top 21 Sommelier of the UK by the Harper's Magazine
