Chiara currently works as an Assistant Manager in an independent wine shop, Rise and Vine in London as she awaits her WSET Diploma results. The major points she focuses on while choosing a wine are the story behind the label; how sustainable the wineries are; and lo-intervention methods both in the vineyards and cellars. 

With her knowledge from WSET, she also holds great interest in branding, marketing, winemaking techniques and the positive environmental and ethical impact wineries hold. In the future, she plans to continue studying with the Wine Scholar Guild for the Spanish Course and WSET for the Educator Course so she can become a certified educator for WSET Levels 1, 2 and 3. She further plans to open a wine shop/wine bar where she can host classes and wine events.

I passed the Diploma Wset, and more recently,  I am Valpolicella Specialist: this certification is given by Consorzio di Tutela dei Vini Valpolicella, and it allows in the future to collaborate with Consorzio and teach and promote Valpolicella and its unique wines in UK.
