"I come from Bologna, with Venetian origins, two of the eno-gastronomic cradles of northern Italy. I have always had a passion for wine, having had the opportunity to work in it. After finishing the A.I.S courses in Italy, I decided to improve my knowledge of wine;
In 2018 I then moved to London, having the opportunity to study WSET Level 2 and WSET Level 3 courses, passing the last exam with Distinction! I am now studying for the Level 4 Diploma. I am also a member of the Confrerie du Sabredor at the Ritz Caveau.
I am currently part of the Ritz Hotel sommelier team in the one Michelin star restaurant. I have the incredible opportunity to taste all 1200 labels in our cellar and participate in private masterclasses with the best producers in the world.
What fascinates me most about wine? To Visit the cellars and to meet the producers with their philosophy and history.”
